Please note that chimney sweeping or maintenance is different from a repair or drain unblocking service.
Additional charges will apply; work will be carried out on a quoted basis.

Chimney sweeping is carried out using direct mechanical action. Upon completion of the work, a chimney sweeping certificate is issued to the customer. Chimney sweeping must be carried out at least once a year, or more frequently in accordance with applicable local regulations.
At the end of the appointment, Nerzh Glas will provide the customer directly with the certificate or attestation corresponding to the service carried out: chimney sweeping, combustion appliance maintenance or boiler maintenance.

Any complex work, repairs, soot removal/unblocking or any service not listed is subject to a prior quotation accepted by the customer before work commences. Before any work is carried out, the quotation or customer agreement specifies the planned service, the price excluding VAT, any call-out charges, any additional charges and the period or date of the work. The quote is free of charge, unless otherwise stated prior to its preparation. Where a part, component or appliance is replaced, the customer may request to keep the old item.
