2. Services
Nerzh Glas offers chimney sweeping, maintenance of wood, pellet, gas and oil-fired systems, solar water heaters, flue inspections and related services, subject to a quote.

3. Prices
The prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the General Tax Code. Call-out charges and costs for specific services are quoted prior to the work being carried out.

4. Quotations and orders
Any service not listed, complex service, repair, soot removal, unblocking or service requiring specific equipment is subject to a prior quotation. The customer is only bound once the quotation has been accepted or written agreement has been given.

5. Service provision
The date or time of the service is agreed with the customer. Certain services may be postponed in the event of adverse weather, dangerous access, inaccessible installations or conditions preventing safe work.

6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise stated in the quote. The accepted methods of payment are specified to the customer prior to the work.

7. Right of withdrawal
For contracts concluded remotely or off-premises, the consumer customer generally has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal. If the customer expressly requests a service before the end of this period, they acknowledge that the service may be performed before the expiry of the statutory period. Urgent services expressly requested may be subject to specific terms.

8. Certificates and attestations / Decree No. 2023-641 of 20 July 2023
Chimney sweeping and maintenance services for fireplaces and combustion-based heating, cooking or hot water production appliances result in the issue of a certificate or attestation at the end of the appointment.
This applies in particular, depending on the service provided, to stoves, inserts, fireplaces, cookers, boilers and appliances fuelled by wood, pellets, gas or oil.
The customer must keep this document, in particular for their insurance, their landlord or any request relating to the applicable regulations.

9. Complaints and amicable settlement of disputes

Any complaint may be addressed to Nerzh Glas by email at contact@nerzh-glas.bzh or by post to the company’s address.

Pending the appointment of a consumer mediator listed by the CECMC, the customer may also, on an amicable basis, refer the matter to the locally competent judicial conciliator:
